How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs generally hover around €7.90 – €17.90 for one chair (our chairs are very heavy—a testament to their durability). Depending on your location, we ship via GLS courier company and the final shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout at our shopping cart page.
Where do you ship to?
We are only able to ship to residential or commercial addresses in the selected EU countries and are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We are unable to accommodate custom requests for deliveries, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location. Any such requests will have to be arranged by the customer directly with the shipping carrier after placing the order.
How long does delivery take?
Our warehouse is based in Warsaw, Poland (same location of warehouse like Secretlab chairs) and orders usually take up to 1 working day to be processed and 95% of our orders are delivered within 2 – 5 working days. Exceptions include distant locations and stock availability. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Can i track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up immediately.
Forms of payment
You can pay for your order securely with the Mollie payment method, which accepts both debit and credit cards.
In addition, payment via iDEAL and SOFORT Banking is also available.
Additional information
Products offered as part of promotional offers or sales are subject to the same delivery terms and conditions as non-promotional products. We ship orders on working days, between 9:00 and 12:00 (midday). This depends on the place of delivery, weather conditions and the forwarder.
