CLAIMS

1.all claims should be handed over to our company by e-mail.

2.IN ORDER TO FILE A COMPLAINT EFFECTIVELY, THE APPROPRIATE COMPLAINT FORM MUST be filled in, it is available to download under link at the bottom of this page.

3.to the goods complaint form you should ATTACH An evidence of purchase from our company.

4.IN CASE OF NEED, WE MIGHT ASK YOU TO SEND A PRODUCT TO US IN ORDER TO CONSIDER AND VERIFY THE FAIRNESS OF COMPLAINTS.

 

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT WITHOUT GIVING A REASON (STATUTORY RIGHTS)

1.THE STATUTORY RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT WITHOUT REASON, APPLICABLE TO ALL PRODUCTS.

2.ENTITLEMENT IS VALID WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.

3.INFORM US BY E-MAIL ABOUT YOUR INTENTION TO USE THE RETURN RIGHT.

4.ATTACH THE FILLED-OUT WITHDRAWAL STATEMENT TO THE CARTON WITH THE SEAT.

5.PREPARE THE product FOR RETURN BY POST OR A COURIER (PLEASE AVOID USING DPD COURIER SERVICE, PREFERABLY USE ANY OTHER COURIER COMPANY), RETURN THE CHAIR TO THE ADDRESS BELOW:

6.WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF COLLECTION OF THE GOODS BY THE COURIER, WE WILL REFUND THE PAID AMOUNTS. Refund WILL BE executed THE SAME WAY the PAYMENT FOR THE product WAS MADE at the first place, UNLESS ANOTHER METHOD IS SPECIFIED.

    • CAN GET FREE HELP ON WINNING THE DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND SELLER, ALSO USING A FREE SUPPORT DISTRICT (CITY) CONSUMER ADVOCATE OR SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS TO WHICH STATUTORY responsibility is TO PROTECT CONSUMER (INCLUDING CONSUMER FEDERATION, CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION OF POLISH).
