For each order we generate an individual subpage, which can only be accessed by the person placing the order.
A link to this page is included in the e-mail that the buyer receives after making their purchase.
From this page you can check the status of your order and obtain your package number and a link to track it.
Important: the information on forwarders’ websites is not updated on a regular basis.
Don’t worry if you don’t find the information you want after receiving the link. The pages refresh information several times a day, most often around noon and midnight. We recommend checking the package tracking at these times.
